Wherever I go, I see Citizens’ Coalition for Change structures even in the rural areas. And in the past year, CCC has reached out to every corner of the rural areas through their Mugwazo campaign. I asked Nelson Chamisa why people say CCC has no structures yet the structures are visible.
He said: “My brother it’s quite strange. But let me say this. If you want international affairs, there is Gladys (Hlatchiwayo), if you want welfare there is Maureen, (Kademaunga) if you want organising there is Chibaya (Amos), Communication there is Mahere ” The list goes on and on. CCC is well organised and is all over the country and everyone knows who is who. We have roots all over the country and we are in touch with the grassroots every single day. Go to every corner and you will see that we are there physically.
”We are keeping our eyes on the ball and we will not be distracted by ‘structures’ sideshows. Our pple are focussed, they want change. The youth want jobs, they want to play a part in the economy. People want economic prosperity and they will not lose focus. We are everywhere.”
