The Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) is passionately urging all citizens to take the opportunity to verify the accuracy of their voter registration details during the upcoming voters roll inspection. In an official announcement made yesterday, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) disclosed that the designated dates for the voters roll inspection will be from the 27th to the 31st of May 2023. It is important to note that only individuals whose names are correctly captured in the voters roll will be eligible to exercise their voting rights in the upcoming general elections.

To facilitate easy access to the voters roll, Change Radio is committed to providing continuous support by sharing a PDF file containing the polling center locations where the voters roll will be prominently displayed for public viewing. This PDF file will be readily available on our Change Radio WhatsApp groups as well as our other various social media platforms.

We strongly encourage all citizens to seize this opportunity to review their voter registration details during the designated period. It is crucial to ensure that your personal information, including your name, address, and other relevant details, are accurately recorded in the voters roll. This verification process will not only contribute to the integrity of the electoral process but also guarantee that every eligible citizen can exercise their democratic right to vote.

By taking an active role in scrutinizing the voters roll, citizens can play a significant part in fostering transparency and accountability within the electoral system. The CCC, in collaboration with various stakeholders, remains committed to promoting an inclusive and fair electoral process, and we believe that citizen engagement is pivotal in achieving this goal.
