Yesterday, student activists from ZINASU , led by their National Gender Secretary Lillian Muhwandavaka visited Nicole Chabata at her homestead to offer support.
Nicole, who was arrested on June 16 this year for participating in a peaceful gathering, forcing her to miss half of last term’s studies will sit for Ordinary Level exams which are scheduled to start next month.
They delivered donations including stationery to assist her as she prepares for her upcoming exams.
According to ZINASU, despite her challenges, Nicole remains strong and in high spirits.
