Bikita South CCC member, Mr. John Mupanduki, aged 30, has successfully opened a case against Bikita South ZANU-PF aspiring candidate, Mr. Energy Mutodi.

(See attached police report)

John Mupanduki”s affidavit
The case, RRB 5583028, was reported on July 9th, 2023, at Bikita Police Station.
Mr. Mutodi fired two gunshots towards CCC members who had congregated at the rally held at Baradzamwa Business Centre. He fired the gunshots in order to disperse CCC members who attended President Nelson Chamisa’s campaign rally on July 6th, 2023.
Constable Chiweshe is handling the case.
Interestingly, three days ago senior police officer, Mr. Mambure in Bikita, had refused to accept a police report against Mutodi from CCC member, Mr. Simon Ziki.
The question is: will the police have the guts to arrest ZANU-PF aspiring candidate, Mr. Energy Mutodi?
In addition, will ZEC disqualify ZANU-PF party candidate, Mr. Energy Mutodi, for firing gunshots against CCC members?
This case will test ZEC and ZANU-PF’s partiality.
