Today, all roads lead to Zaka [Jerera] and Bikita South, where President Nelson Chamisa is expected to address two mega rallies.
Both rallies have been authorized by the police.
Earlier today, President Chamisa addressed thousands of citizens at Jerera Growth Point in Zaka.
Also, later today, President Chamisa will be in Bikita South at Baradzanwa Business Centre in the remote areas.
President Chamisa has been visiting urban, peri-urban, growth points, farming communities, and deep rural areas, interacting with citizens as the harmonized elections draw near.
Yesterday morning, President Chamisa successfully held a highly subscribed rally in rural Chikombedzi.
Then later in the day yesterday, police disrupted the CCC Chiredzi Central (town) rally, where President Chamisa was supposed to give a keynote address.
Chiredzi Police fired tear gas to disperse CCC supporters at Tshovani Stadium and have arrested eight CCC members.
Also, in Masvingo urban, armed police disrupted the CCC car rally that was meant to introduce candidates to citizens.
In addition, Chivi police have prohibited CCC from holding it’s rally. President Chamisa was going to address Chivi rally.
