Fear is a weapon wielded by those who seek to suppress the freedom of expression and the liberty of individuals. It is a tactic employed to intimidate and discourage people from exercising their right to vote. As the upcoming elections in Zimbabwe draw near, it is crucial that we refuse to succumb to such intimidation and coercion, and instead, stand firm in our commitment to vote for the party or candidate of our choice.
We must remember that our vote is a powerful tool, and it should be exercised freely and without fear. Each individual’s vote is a secret, safeguarded by democratic principles, and no one, absolutely no one, can strip us of that fundamental right. It is essential to recognize the significance of our votes and the impact they have on shaping the future of our nation.
By voting freely and without fear, we demonstrate our determination to uphold the principles of democracy and protect our rights as citizens. We must not allow ourselves to be swayed by fear-mongering tactics or coerced into supporting a political party that does not align with our values and beliefs
