Joseph Kalimbwe, a well-known politician from Zambia, criticized the Zimbabwean government for prioritizing the construction of a school in Zambia while there were no proper schools in Zimbabwe in a blog post. Here are his exact words:
” The republic of Zimbabwe built & handed over this school this week in rural Zambia. Not to be unappreciative or anything but I feel this is a misplaced priority. While schools in Gokwe & Bindura are failing apart, why not build schools there. What is Zim try to prove ? !!! ”

That school was used by the Zimbabwean Liberal forces as a shelter during the war. It experienced bombings etc etc, so the Gvt of Zimbabwe had to come and build that school as a thankful gesture. And for that nothing is wrong.
