Constable Tapiwa Chiweshe, who was the investigating officer in a case of disrupting a lawful gathering involving Energy Mutodi (ZANU PF) as the accused and John Mupanduki (CCC) as the complainant, has been transferred to Masvingo camps and hostels.

Mutodi fired two gunshots towards CCC members who had gathered at Baradzamwa Business Centre to hear President Nelson Chamisa addressing a rally.
It is alleged that this move to transfer Constable Chiweshe is a plan to prevent him from investigating and arresting Mutodi.
