As the nation prepares for the Sadc Summit, vendors in Harare and other parts of Harare cry foul over the recent treatment and threats to unleash terror from the city authorities and the police.
During the campaign period vendor’s and Hwindi for ED were used to push Zanu Pf campaign but now they have become subject to torture.
