- Ref; Urgent investigation Against the Speaker of Parliament of Zimbabwe Adv J. Mudenda and Mr Sengezo Tshabangu, the Impostor by The Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission ( ZAC) for Abuse of High Office & Improper – Symbiotic Selationship.
In reference to section 225 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, I urge and appeal to ZACC to take appropriate actions against Mr Sengezo Tshabangu and Adv J Mudenda the Speaker of Parliament of Zimbabwe without fear or favor.
I as the author of this appeal, feel this far, the new Chairperson of ZACC is displaying seriousness of his role as per the constitutional requirement of a chair of some independent commissions to assist application of democratic ethos in Zimbabwe. Because of summoning Wicknell Chivhayo, Moses Mpofu and Mike Chimombe is self evident that this ZACC is up to business without hesitation or fear of one’s station in life.
In the same vain, we people of Zimbabwe, encourage the Anti Corruption Commission of Zimbabwe to summon Mr Sengezo Tshabangu and Adv JMudenda the Speaker of Parliament for apparent sinister relationship between both. Why? one may ask. There are several recorded incidents that have left rational citizenry wondering why both are behaving in a much collaborative manner as it were.
Certainty it would appear they are working in cahoots in muzling the Parliamentary democracy. Further to this glaring observation, the party whereby Mr Sengezo Tshabangu alleges is its Secretary general has severally disassociated itself from his “self appointments” as a Senator, leader of the opposition in both houses of parliament and several self appointments to some Regional and International Parliamentary bodies while the Speaker of Parliament of Zimbabwe, Adv JMudenda accepted and arbitrarily confirmed those illegal appointments by the same impostor.
Notwithstanding, the confusion he caused in Parliament by his( Tshabangu) arbitrary recalls of elected CCC Members of both houses of parliament.
It was noted with No doubt that it was only Adv JMudenda who stood with Tshabangu, whether blue or read, dignifying and signifying what would be dirty deals between both men. The most incident that even surprised his alleged political party leadership was reversing the six months parliamentary portfolio leadership which was confirmed by him( J Mudenda) but at a stroke of a pen by Tshabangu, the Speaker had to resind his six months appointments to the surprise even of lawyers and some members of the judiciary.
In my humble conclusion, I put it the ZACC to summon these two gentlemen who are with symbiotic relationship , seemingly in what appear to under hand and dirty deals. The general public is watching with keen interest how ZACC and other law enforcement agents will deal with Adv JMudenda for abusing high office to appease a well known opportunist and as well as an impostor after a careful calculation against Parliamentary Democracy.
