Today, MOREBLESSING Ali, the late former Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) activist led by President Nelson Chamisa who was hacked to death by a Zanu PF supporter, is finally set to be buried, two years after her gruesome murder.
There is heavy armed police presence at both Nyaradzo funeral parlor where there is a funeral church service before and the police are also at her house.
Ali was initially reported missing on May 24, 2022, before her dismembered body was found dumped in a disused well belonging to the assailant Pius Jamba’s mother.
Jamba in December 2023 found guilty of killing Ali and was jailed for 30 years by High Court judge Justice Esther Muremba who in sentencing said he deserved a lengthy custodial sentence because he killed a defenceless woman.

President Chamisa’s members who worked with the late Ali have come in their large numbers to pay their last respect to hardworking opposition party member said, Mr Mutigwende.
