In a show of political acumen and well thought political strategic move, President Nelson Chamisa has announced his departure from the Citizens Coalition for Change party [CCC], citing the infiltration of Zanu PF members, including Sengezo Tshabangu and other proxies.
This strategic decision by President Chamisa has sent shockwaves through Zanu PF and among the CCC members aligned with Tshabangu.
President Chamisa’s decision to leave CCC has been met with widespread support from millions of Zimbabweans who admire his leadership.
They celebrate his departure from a party compromised by Zanu PF’s influence under Tshabangu.
To address this setback, President Chamisa has resolved to establish a new political party. Through this new party, President Chamisa aims to introduce a fresh and innovative approach to politics, free from the influence of Zanu PF and its affiliated proxies. The party will prioritize transparency, accountability, and progress for the betterment of the nation.
President Chamisa released a comprehensive press statement detailing his reasons for leaving the Zanu PF-infiltrated CCC, which can be found in the attached document above
On his official Twitter and Facebook pages, President Chamisa announced his resignation from CCC, emphasizing his unwavering focus on Zimbabwe and his commitment to fulfilling the citizens’ mandate. He expressed optimism about the future and urged fellow citizens to work together for freedom, genuine change, and holistic transformation of the country.
President Chamisa writes on his X and facebook page announcing his resignation from dirty CCC:
“FELLOW CITIZENS, This is to officially, and under my hand, inform you, that, with immediate effect, I no longer have anything to do with CCC.
My focus remains fully on Zimbabwe, asserting your victory, honoring the citizens mandate and God’s calling to provide leadership.
There are fresh things we need to do. Let’s all work together for total freedom, true change and wholistic transformation for our beloved country. Giving up or giving in is not an option. Nothing comes without tenacity and resilience.
Fellow citizens, you will be kept posted on the next steps.
Thank you all for the support and continued prayers as we get ready for the NEW. Let us embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
Change is coming soon! God bless you. #Godisinit

President Chamisa will soon announce further steps regarding the new party’s name, colors, symbols, and other relevant details.
The question remains whether Tshabangu and his Zanu PF proxies will continue with CCC and manage to maintain its popularity, or if CCC will suffer a fate similar to that of MDC T under Mwonzora. Only time will tell.
