CCC denies allegations that they are associated with the current court action by Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum seeking admission as amicus curiae in the pending Constitutional Court case by Douglas Mwonzora. Mwonzora seeks to postpone the 2023 election.
Fadzayi Mahere said, “For the avoidance of doubt, @CCCZimbabwe is not involved in any way in the proceedings before the Constitutional Court instituted by @OurMDCT . We remain focused on winning Zimbabwe for change and putting a permanent end to the poverty, suffering, and injustice faced by Zimbabweans.”
