In a shocking display of moral fiber, a Zimbabwean police officer has defied the status quo by publicly denouncing the arrest of protesters on the eve of the SADC summit.
This brave individual, whose identity remains a secret, has exposed the government’s heavy-handed tactics aimed at quashing dissent and stifling citizen activism.
Over 100 activists have been arrested in Zimbabwe since June.
The Arrests are believed to be the efforts of the regime to thwart protests amongst disgruntled Zimbabweans.
