This video shows the collation of results at the Bikita ZEC District Office located at Duma Training Center. Presiding officers, ward election officers, and election agents were summoned to the center at around 2 a.m. They were signing new V11 forms.
One presiding officer (who refused to be named) confirmed that they were changing results.
Furthermore, the below pictures of the presiding officers were taken yesterday outside (28 August 2023) the ZEC District offices in Bikita.
