Election results in Masvingo Province’s are trickling in at a slow pace across all twenty-six constituencies.
Officials from the Zimbabwe Elections Commission (ZEC) have commenced the process of posting results outside ward command centers.
Meanwhile, the truck belonging to Matthew Takaona, CCC aspiring member of parliament for Gutu Central, has gone missing following an attack by Zanu PF members.
Both the truck driver and a CCC member who were in the vehicle are also unaccounted for.
According to a report from the Masvingo Mirror, Zanu PF members allegedly assaulted CCC members at Deure Business Centre in ward 21.
Additionally, the phones of CCC members are currently unreachable.
